Declined authorisation after getting me to upgrade

I was actually conned in to upgrading my scheme to pay more so I can have an upcoming surgery in a medi clinic hospital and then my hospital authorisation was declined anyway I had to make arrangements for work, my children, the hospital and doctors everything was set up and on the last they decline the authorisation with a nonsense excuse and they cannot help me because the underwriters are on leave. I am so angry about this, the decline was due to non-disclosure which makes no sense because CAMAF is the one who told me that I only need to list conditions in the last 12 months, even the form says this, yet I go the extra mile call and confirm while completing my application. The worst part is that NO ONE WOULD LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER the women actually told me sorry I cant transfer the call to the manager, I even said well go run to her office and tell her to come to the phone quickly, no I cant, thats what I am told. IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM YOU ADVISED ME THAT I DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE 6 YEAR OLD CONDITIONS. I DO EXPECT A PROMPT RESPONSE AND NOT THE USUAL 3 - 5 DAY WAIT.... AS YOU ARE PLAYING WITH MY LIFE AND WITH THOSE WHO DEPEND ON ME.

Hello BrandonDaCosta,

On 23/12/2015 the email was received relating to a request for hospital admission. The authorization was pended due to non-declaration investigation.
The non-declaration forms were sent to the doctor's rooms and you were cc'd in the email.

Mrs Da Costa was advised telephonically on 28/12/2015 that the underwriting department was closed until 04/01/2016. The case had been escalated to the manager for investigation. After which, feedback had been provided to you with regard to the non-disclosure.

We have also confirmed to you that the Underwriting department will continue the investigation further upon their return 04/01/2015.

Kindly obtain the additional information you referred to which will allow further investigation from our side. Your case will be reviewed once we receive the necessary feedback from you.

Yours in Health
