Customer care not caring

My daughter had blood tests done in May this year. The lab tried to claim directly with CAMAF, only to have 1 invoice paid and not the other.
I then resubmitted to camaf, I sent a claims mail on the 01/07/15 with no response.
On the 09/07/15, I sent a follow-up email to customer relations indicating *** was paid but not #***9, I clearly stated they were not duplicates - I even attached the detail statement from the lab indicating the different types of tests done.
The agent Lucy replies, to say *** was paid - stating the obvious. I rep**** to her, to tell her I'm aware of that - but to kindly reprocess the second claim.
She then asks me for 'detail', AFTER i already sent it on the 09/07/15. I rep**** yet AGAIN with the detail.
It seems like the customer care reps do not read their emails or skim for the quickest repsonse they can fathom.
If she had taken the time to read my query, there would be no complaint and we could have resolved this efficiently.
AGAIN I repeat, #***2 was paid, #***9 is outstanding and relates to tarriff code 4015 for multiple different strains of allergen, all included in detailed statement sent already.
Ta.

Hello nikki1981,

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint related to the pathology claim which was not paid in full.

I have investigated your query and I can confirm receipt of the paper claim which reflects all the tests performed on 02/05/2015.

I would like to confirm that the outstanding amount has been added to claim ***2, as requested. You will receive an sms and email notification shortly to confirm that the claim has been corrected.

Please accept my apology on behalf of the incorrect information provided to you previously. I have taken the matter up with the consultant involved to ensure that this does not happen again.

Yours in Health
