Claims Rejected

<p>Being a new member of the scheme, I called in December last year to enquire about optical benefits. I was given the amounts of my day-to-day and savings benefits. I asked if there was a limit, and I ws told that there is none, as long as I have sufficient funds in the Day-to-day and savings accounts. My husband and I then went to the optometrist and decided to purchase several items. All these items came to a total that was less than the day-to-day and savings benefits combined. After I got a call from my optom to request that I pay in 7k, I called camaf today only to find out that there is in fact, an optical limit. Seriously camaf? I need to now foot a huge bill because your call centre agents are ***********? And here I've been promoting how awesome camaf is to everyone who will listen. No more! Discovery, here I come!!!</p>
