Claims Delay
Good day I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from Camaf these days.
Whenever I submit a claim, you take too long to acknowledge it and as result, I must wait for my refund.
I submitted a claim on Monday and today is Friday and you have not acknowledged receipt of my claim. The same thing happened last month when I was waiting for the refund which took almost a month until I called you and then you processed the refund due to confusion on your side.
so I know I will not be paid today because you do payments only on Fridays.
I am really disappointed with the service I am getting these days considering the amount I pay every month.
