Claim still not processed correctly!
I submitted a claim to CAMAF on the 31st of Dec last year for an amount of R520. CAMAF tried processing it on their side for an amount of R2140 dated the 8th of Dec. The claim I received from the doctor had the 8th of Dec as well as the 30th of Dec on it, however my receipt clearly states that I paid R520 and the consultation was for the 30th of Dec.

My partner phoned and spoke to somebody who said they'd try to sort it out, but they were still trying to claim for the same amount. I phoned and the lady said that they couldn't process it because the codes were not visible. I don't know why that wasn't mentioned before. We resubmitted with codes visible and it came back saying \invalid tariff/terminated nappi code"and \""invalid beneficiary number\"""
Thank you for taking my call earlier.
As discussed, we are required to capture a claim as we receive it. Service dates previously processed are then rejected as duplicates. In this instance, only the 30/12/2014 will be refunded to you in our next payment run.
