CAMAF REFUSES TO PAY MY CLAIMS

I went hiking and fell of from a cliff (8m drop). I was rushed to the hospital (St Augustines, Durban) and I incurred a soft tissue injury along my jaw and head bones.

I am currently on the network choice of CAMAF and I was sent to a Radiologist and ENT specialist for scans!

The referral doctor gets paid however the specialists does not get paid for anything!!! (NOTE: Before going to any specialist, the reception and I both called the Camaf helpline to which I was advised that everything will be paid, if it's a non network GP, I will pay a penalty for having the wrong reference but I would still get paid)

Now I did not get paid for anything!!!!!!!!

I was **** to and now it feels like I'm paying for absolutely nothing!!!

They just refuse to do anything!!!

i have made tons and tons of calls and everyone just says "I'm sorry the lady **** but we can't do anything"
