Camaf network selections

I just recently joined the medical aid because I basically had no choice .... to make matters worse I consulted with the consultants at work and they told me which doctor to use because she falls within the network now they don't want to pay the claims because for they didnt update my information yet our company is paying for they didn't even have the decent to let me know that I should email the medical aid and select a doctor they have no electronic means of each for a GP but there is an entire app.

I am actually going to cancel the medical aid and just join my husbands scheme we pay so much money and they can't even cover things properly... the medical aid has a very bad benchmark for people in a low pay gap its such a bad disparity because their target market is people who are Chartered accountants....
