Camaf impossible to get savings account back rules

I am no longer a member of camaf and I am trying to get my medical savings account refunded. If you have a new medical aid they refuse to refund you, but you have to give them the details of your new medical aid to transfer to your new savings account. If you don't have a savings account or medical aid you have to provide an affidavit. Why can you not choose to do what you want with your own money. I am unemployed and need the money. I am now resorting to cancel downgrade my medical aid so I have no more savings account to get my money back. Totally absurd rules with your money. they just do not care about you it is all about their rules. Non of your circumstances are considered.
