CAMAF Claims

I submitted a claim in February to claim back my son's 1st Occupational The****** session. I made sure that I followed all procedures in seeing my son's Pediatrician then got the referral for the OT. After submitting the claim there has been so many different push back from CAMAF regards what is required on the invoice. When all of that was done I got another email once again needed further information on the invoice and notify me that the doctor referral letter was post my son's OT consultation which is not true at all. It's clear on the referral letter the date was prior to his OT visit and I once again after several emails to CAMAF confirmed that. Now the most recent response from them, require once again further details on the invoice and one of it is the referral doctors details. Each time it's something different from CAMAF. I can’t deal with your inconsistency, back and forth, then this then that it’s like finding ways/ something not to pay out the claim. I'm discussed by they service. Not once after all my back and forth emails did anyone from CAMAF bothered to contact me. It's always me following up on my claim status and once I do it's negative feedback, requesting for additional information and information that is false, like the referral letter that was post my sons OT visit, even worst a simple sms your claim was rejected.
