Camaf and partners don't care at all!

Leaving my current employment at Deloitte Consulting SA meant I had to leave the medical aid scheme CAMAF. CAMAF is partnered with a lifestyle rewards partner REALITY who I was a member with and paid monthly fees to for benefits like gym discounts if I attended often enough. <br> <br> I called camaf and reality to make sure all my ducks were in row when I switched medical aids to Discovery and to make sure that my debit orders with CAMAF and REALITY were cancelled. Unfortunately, despite following the instructions given to me from my proactive phone calls, I was still charged the month gym fee for me and my girlfriend who is a dependent on the scheme. <br> <br> My email to ask how to resolve this clear injustice and mistake on CAMAF REALITY's side was answered late and was not only rude but told me effectively I had done something wrong and should have also spoken to my employer at the time with no solution presented. Thank you Orlando Deysel from CAMAF REALITY for being absolutely one of the worst agents I have ever dealt with. <br> <br> Part of me wonders if I should forget about the >1,200 rand CAMAF Reality stole but part of me feels I should name and shame poor service.
