Benifit is insufficient

I am extremely unhappy with Camaf's service. <br> Sleepnet claim practice number *** submitted on the 2nd of December is not paid in full only 10 000 is paid instead of the full 15 000 that the machine costs. Why on earth would that benefit not be large enough to cover a 3rd of the machine costs that is ridiculous. And I know that the savings is depleted so please don't mention that to me again. It is the end of the year of course this will be depleted. You are supposed to be the best medical aid around. How are we expected to get R5000 together to buy this machine? It is very urgent that he gets this breathing machine because he cannot function on a daily basis he falls asleep all the time. I cannot understand why this is not covered I want to know how much more money I am suppose to pay each month so that my family and I are covered for Everything. I would like to also complain about your call center agents. They seem to think that we are idiots. We don't work with claims and benefits all day we don't understand how it works. So if I read the entire 13 numbers of the practice number instead of just the last 7 please excuse me.
