I'm not sure whether camaf thinks before they respond , they always reject the claims refuses to pay out the claim. I think I need to cancel this stupid medical aid. I'm tired now it second time they do this.

We do urge our members to understand their benefits prior to receiving treatment to avoid rejection of claims. Our call centre is also available to assist should you require any assistance.
Psychotherapy treatment is covered subject to pre-authorisation, however, any treatment relating to educational or remedial therapy for scholars and leaners, that is, psychometric and assessment testing including school readiness and career guidance are a scheme exclusions. The scheme does not cover such tests on any option. You may refer to the scheme rules under Annexure: C exclusions and limitation point number 15.
