The worst customer service experienced at Cam-a-lot I went through to their randburg offices to get info regarding hiring of their products, I was dropped at the door of the establishment being told that I was not allowed on the premises, the staff memeber then went on to refusing to provide me with their name firstly and secondly I was rudely asked to leave. For a company that provides good equipment your front line staff are not helpful, rude and speak over their clients without providing any helpful information
