Inefficient and Rude Service

<p>I have had one of my worst experience with staff from Calvin Moothusamy, Medical Orthotist and Prosthetist. A lady had been extremely rude and in-efficient and on visiting their rooms at 78 Ismail C Meer Street, Durban. I went there to order pads for a collar they have sold to me 3 years back and I needed the pads urgently as I suffer with Cervical Stenosis and have been experiencing massive headaches. They have shown no sympathy to me and have inconvenienced me for 3 days. On approaching them the 3rd day after receiving a call from Calvin Moothusamy on the 2nd day, asking me to fetch the pads, I was made to wait for 45 minutes and on approaching the desk to find out if anyone is gonna assist me cos I'm waiting too long, a male got up and says rudely that "you are not the only patient that we have" but common courtesy should prevail whereby, someone should let me know what was happening but in that 45 minutes nobody had the courtesy to say that they will attend to me shortly. Obviously, anyone will be angry waiting for so long and will throw a tantrum especially when you are in pain. The male goes on to say to the lady ,"please attend to this guy before I lose my patience with him" These are the kind of people I had to deal with. I therefore walked out of their practice and decided I will never deal with these people again.</p>
