Extremely Poor Service

Please do not waste your time and use this agent, unless you want to be frustrated and ****med. They are useless, inflating third party charges and lack leadership at their Durban Office. They don't deal directly with Customs, but through another company. Not sure if they have any required credentials to be registered as agents with customs/sars. You will be quoted a small figure initially only to pay 3 times that quote amount. They are not worthy the single star rating given.
