Caltex - Bird Sanctuary, Armitage Road, Pietermaritzburg

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and response I have received from both Caltex Bird Santuary, Armitage Road in Pietermaritzburg, and the Astron Head Office Customer Service regarding a serious incident that occurred on your premises on May 25th, 2024 late afternoon.

On this date, I experienced harassment, a violation of my privacy, and theft while parked directly in front of the entrance. My passenger side mirror was ******, and I felt profoundly violated and invaded. I was distracted by both a male and female security guard while inside the store, which I now believe was a deliberate tactic to facilitate the theft.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter through email communication, I have found your responses to be nonchalant and dismissive. The urgency of my request for footage of the incident has been ignored, despite my repeated appeals. Additionally, thus, this is not the first theft experience occurred at this location when reported the matter to the manager, be **** to shield himself contradicted himself in his statement as the ****** item were returned back to me.

I have also engaged with the Astron Energy head office, only to be redirected back to the retailer in Pmb, whose manager has shown a complete lack of concern and remorse for this distressing experience.
