Terrible service

Had a very bad experience with Calstar Carwash today. Left my car there at 3:08 and went for late lunch nearby while waiting for my car. When arriving the queue was very long so I paid for the wash and left the keyes there. After returning around 4:30, my car has not even been moved. They eventually started to wash the outside and I sat waiting for them to dry off my car and do the inside. At around 5:30 I inquired why my car hasnt even been touched and didn't get any response. At that stage another lady that has been there since 1 pm already was busy drying her own car so that she could leave. Customers were standing around impatiently as everyone was getting unhappy about the service. After phoning the manager who was on his weekend off, I was told to see the weekend manager inside. They refunded my R50 but that doesn't make up for the inconvenience. My car now has water marks all over because it was not dried, and I eventually left without them even cleaning it and there was no other car wash open at that time anymore plus I wasted 3 and a half hours of my afternoon with nothing to show for it. It is unacceptable and I will definitely not visit them again or recommend their services to anyone.
