Smokey Calore and its *********** "manager''Davide

I bought a calore pellet inserter and surround in February 2017. After numerous delays the furnace was eventually delivered, without the surround. After three months the surround eventually arrived but was the incorrect one. The manager there, Davide apologised and informed me they have ordered another one. Which arrived after another four months and it was damaged. Another four months later another one arrived and this time the technical manager Allister damaged it. Another four months later, which was yesterday guess what .... It was also damaged. The installation guys who were here yesterday have now also damaged the stove which is now releasing smoke into the house. How is this company still operating is beyond me. The "manager" Davide in a text message and subsequent telephonic conversation assured me this time he will do the installation himself. Yesterday he send a text message informing me that he was on his way. That was at 10am yesterday... I am still waiting... A year and a month later I am still waiting for my surround and now a smokey stove... The company is a nightmare stay away ....
