Cracked Fireplace glass

Bought one of the most expensive fireplaces to have the glass crack day after installation whilst wood was burning. The company refuses to replace the glass at no cost to me. They say the glass was knocked by wood. As if that is not expected. Burning wood pops, I expect fireplace that expensive to withstand heat and being knocked by wood. The company didn't even bother to come and investigate.

Paid almost R50 000. Now i can't use the fireplace right in the middle of winter. What a waste of money!!!
