ANNUAL SERVICE ABORTED BECAUSE REMOTE CONTROL BATTERIES DEAD !!

Annual Fireplace Service by Calore. Fee was paid for service and delivery of pellets. Fireplace was inspected but NOT tested or synchoinized as THE BATTERIES IN THE REMOTE CONTROL WERE DEAD !!!! NO attempt was made to contact me , i was left with a scribbled barely legible note . Is this what CALORE conciders a service for R1000.00 ? After Spending over R10 000.00 on Pellets and a " service" i find this incompetant !! FYI it may be a good idea to instruct your technicians to carry a spare set of batteries as i am sure many of your clients battereies would die after a year of dormancy !!!!!
