They don't treat customers in a good manner

They don't treat customers in a good manner. I bought a chemical at their brunch on the 5th so didn't work and I told the that it does not work. Their response was my customers mixed the product with water that's why it didn't work I even told them that I did use it after the customer returned it to me their answer to me was maybe I don't have customers that's why I complain
