USELESS INSURANCE...************* SUPERVISOR

I have been waiting for my phone to be delivered to me since 14/08/15, been hearing stories from different consultants, including their supervisor Clinesse. She gave me her word week after week after week that I will get my phone the next day, till today, weeks later, still no phone. Got through to Clinesse today, she's still checking with the couriers as she's been doing each time I spoke to her. I do not know if i will ever get my phone.
