The worst insurance company ever!!

<p> </p> <p>I have been waiting for more than three weeks now to get my handset back to no avail. The service is shocking!! They never return your calls, always put you on hold and never give feedback on what it going on?? My phone was sent in for repairs and on its return it came back with a cracked screen and scratches? The courier guy, Sipho, said he mentioned this to them when he collected the phone and yet he was still told to deliver it anyway? I sent the phone to callsure without a scratch on it and basically brand new! Having sent the phone back I am now battling to get anything out of them. Everytime you call they place you on hold for minutes on end, there's no call back and no one seems to have a clue what's going on...shifting the blame on the repair company and then the courier?! I would not advise anyone to sign up with them. Absolutely shocking.</p>
