The most pathetic insurance compony

I informed call sure about my damaged laptop faxed them the claim a month ago. it took them a week of pushing and fighting for them to come collect my laptop now I am approaching the 3rd week since they collected my laptop with no feedback or nothing no communication at all. I called them a week ago to find out what's going on but got no answers we still awaiting their head office for reply even now. Shall I have my money, time, efforts and laptop back the rest will follow because that laptop its my working station I cant make a living without it hence I got it insured in first place. secondly I do not appreciate being spoken to like I am crazy or stupid I find that very insulting your customer service its pathetic and I would never advice anyone to use your pathetic service.
