Poor service/ no telephone manners

I had a problem with my screen it felt down and shattered while I was walking down the stairs . I called the insurance explaining what had happened she then told me to give her an imei number , at that moment I didn't have it and asked to be called after 10min to go get it and she told me she won't do that and won't help me . When I have got the number I must call and she will help
