Poor Service

<p>After battling for 2 years for them to return my phone, they eventually sent me the wrong handset. Now they arguing with me that the incorrect handset they sent me was the one i sent them over 2 years ago.</p> <p>How can you not distinguish a Sony Xperia from a Samsung Galaxy?</p>
