In what century are we living in????

<p>Callsure is soo backwards I had to wonder if we were back in the 1950's.</p> <p> </p> <p>I live in JHB. On 13 June 2016 I dropped my cellphone. I reported it to Callsure. A week later they collected the phone. Another week later I received an email that I need to pay the excess. Another week later I received an email that the phone in NELSPRUIT cannot be repaired. I told them to then replace the faulty phone. 14 July 2016 over a month later they now want my excess AGAIN! which I have sent proof of payment 3 times. And still no phone! </p>
