FRUSTRATED ALREADY!

<p>There is NO service at Callsure. It is extremely frustrating to work with that company. I blame MTN for making them available in their shops to insure with in the first place. </p> <p> </p> <p>It has been 1 month and nobody has picked up my phone for repair. They ignored all my calls and emails to get into ACTION to pick up my phone in the first place. Why do I have insurance in the first place. It has been 1 week since I complained about their no-response. I contacted them twice and the manager is not available. I am beginning to think it is a BOGUS company. </p> <p> </p> <p>Do NOT, EVER insure with Callsure! Go in the opposite direction. Unfortunately it looks like the problems only start when they DO pick up the phone... from the reviews on hello peter. I do not know what keep them in business???? </p>
