Delivery of phone

<p>I lost my phone and contacted the insurance. They then confirmed my access...and I have paid it. This has been the 2nd week and I have yet to hear from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are quick when they want to get paid but refuse to provide us with feedback.</p>
