Claim for a ****** cellphone

Callsure is the bad cellphone insurance ever, on the 23rd of November 2017 ive claimed that my cellphone was ****** and i have submited all the documents they required and sent to them. they have sent me the list of phones they have i selected the A7 Samsung 2017, Guess what they delivered the A5 Samsung 2017 instead of A7 Samsung 2017. Im sending them an email to rectify the mess they did they not replying to my mails. I JUST NEED MY MONEY BACK FOR ALL THOSE YEARS IVE BEEN PAYING THEM!!!
