Call sure is useless

I am really upset with Callsure's service, I phoned them 3 weeks ago to claim for a damaged phone, it took them a while to collect it. When it was finally collected, a week later it was brought back in the same state, not fixed. I called and inquired, I was told that there was miscommunication, The technician did not think it was meant to be fixed, clearly there is no line of communication whatsoever between the supplier and their technician. <br> <br> I called callsure last Wednesday to inform them that I received the phone unfixed. They said they will collect it. The phone is still here with me, they keep on saying that they will collect it. I am really annoyed and frustrated. <br>
