bad service

I made a claim to this insurance company March 2015, for cell-phone, laptop and modem,and then they called my sister since I didn't have a cell-phone and they told her that they are waiting for stock. Since then they didn't make contact. Yesterday and this morning I emailed them but they didn't respond to my emails. And mtn on the other hand,they don't care about as their loyal customer. Please intervene
