Callfancy - poor material quality and way too expensive

I bought 2 clothing items from them and first received the one. The quality of the material was very poor and it was expensive for me, R830. I would not have bought the item even at any of our local China Clothing malls would I have seen it up front. I am awaiting a second item but send them immediately a mail to cancel the remainder of my order, since I suspect the item will be of the same poor quality material. This was done 5 working days ago. They acknowledge my mail every time I followed up and the last was that the financial manager must agree to a refund. Regardless of my countless efforts to get the second item cancelled and refunded, I got a mail today that my 2nd item has been shipped. I also can't place a review on the item to warn other people, keep on getting an error that I can't leave a review if the item was not delivered. While the status of the item shows delivered and I got a confirmation mail from them that the item for which I want to leave a review, was indeed delivered. Not sure if this is deliberate, for when I bought the item and looked at numerous other items, there was no reviews. Warning signs that I perhaps ignored. Will never buy from them again.
