Pathetic Customer Service

I've placed my order on the 10th of July and still have not received any confirmation of delivery? I followed up with Shaulene on the 14th of July and she said that it haven't been sent out yet. I've been patient since I figured they have received a lot of orders due to the special they were running. This morning 20th of July, I sent an email requesting feedback with regards to my order delivery and still haven't received any response from them.
