Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality

Love the product, pity about the poor customer service. No answers on phone numbers, excuses after excuses on dispatch of orders, website consultants are quite useless as they cant give clients direct answers and always needs to "refer you to the relevant person" or "someone will contact you", but never does. Website states 2 to 5 working days, yeah its been 2 weeks.Would rather purchase my previous foundation, at least then i get customer service! Very disappointed in the work ethic of some people. Definitely won't be returning or referring anyone!
