Callendra order not received

This is very sad I placed an order and paid alot for it go a tracking no however can track my order and is been long past the due date and I haven't received anything send emails no reply I pleaded no reply on customer service or private I know that orders can get backlogged but then just communicate please I paid and want my product regardless please.
