BAD SERVICE

Good day, I bought a black Friday special on the 23 Nov according to Callendra the parcel was ship on the 28 Nov. Until today no parcel was received I have been following up with an agent from Callendra but nobody can trace the parcel. I requested a refund because I am not going to wait any longer. Just to understand that they are waiting for feedback from the courier company as well the company. Still I have not received my refund and I have to wait. There is no communication from the company's side except asking me for my tracking nr and stating that they are looking into this problem. This is unexpectable. I will never order again with them
