On 1 Sept an amount of R129,99 was deducted from my bank. After numerous phone calls I got through to Callvoice who informed me that they will refund the debit and stop future debits. This is not the main issue, how can they *******ly and without authority just deduct money from people's bank accounts? No explanation offered just \we will refund you". This is blatant theft because how many people will overlook the debit order and Callvoice will just continue taking their money. This really needs to be investigated by the relevant authorities.
