debit order not authorised

there is an debit order of 129.99 that is deducted under my account which i did authorise the account . the company was contacted and they gave me an excuse that there was an agent who activated the account and he was doing ***** . the company is not willing to take the blame and when we log our complaints , they just ignore us .
