MTN POOR service matlosana mall,Bela Bela mall and router call centre

Since 8 july calling and sending emails to complain MTN department asking to terminate my router due to the fact that i am paying monthly insyallment but router is not working i returned it back to mtn store Bela Bela mall branch as part of cancellation process they took it and gave me reference how they still bill me every month though i took router back to store hence i am saying poor service from branches and call centre .Zamokuhle from complain department also fail me 😢😢😢😢😢 no one cares for customets
