Urgent Complaint Regarding Accommodation Booking at Call of the Fish Eagle

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my booking and the customer service I have received.

I saw an adverti*****t on Facebook about a last-minute cancellation and inquired about the availability. I was informed that I needed to pay a 50% deposit to secure the booking. I promptly received an invoice, paid the deposit, and awaited confirmation. However, I did not receive any confirmation or further communication from your end.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through phone calls, I was unable to reach anyone until I finally spoke with a representative named Christopher. He informed me that, due to a promotion, I was required to pay the full amount for the accommodation. I comp**** with this request and made the additional payment. Since then, Christopher has also become unresponsive.

I am appalled by the lack of communication and the unprofessional handling of my booking. The absence of clear information and the abrupt change in payment requirements have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I am demanding a full refund of the amounts paid due to the poor service and mismanagement of the booking process.
