Lying Sales Representative

At 12:30pm 14 December 2019: I went into your branch at Mall of Africa looking for a pair of takkies. I found ones I like. The sales lady Tina said they are on special and they would be R250 from the R499. I was elated. Got to the till and the system said R499. Told the other sales representative that Tina had said the shoes would be R250. Then now we had an issues now I am looking like an idiot because of an *********** sales representative. Disgusting behavior and this made me so upset, you guys should train your staff better. I don’t like being made a fool.
