Call it Spring

Horrible experience when trying to get a refund. Order shoes on 4 June 2022 at a delivery fee of R50. Upon arrival over a week later the shoes didnt fit so i followed the refund process. At this time i was informed that j would need to pay R100 collection fee and i disputed this a the Xall.it Spring refund policy is mute on this amount notwithstanding the fact that i paid R50 delivery.

3 weeks went by with no communication from this company regarding my refund. When i enquired again i was told it was being processed. Another week plus went by and on 12 July 2022 (after sending another email) i received a form to complete and resend to Call it Spring. I sent the completed form to then and still not refund to date. Not impressed at all
