Call It ******* more like it

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of shoes on 17 July and on 04 August only one pair arrived. I have been trying to get assistance with this since the 4th, emailing and calling and instead of getting any assistance, I just get ignored. Tried to reach out on social media, nothing! When I do get a response, you tell me that on your system the shoes were delivered. So either you’re accusing me of being a **** or blind! What is it? I don’t even want the shoes anymore, I just want my R599 that I paid back! I love your shoes and used to be a loyal customer that has spent A LOT of money on your brand in the past, but you have lost me! I’m done and I will be telling every and anyone that will listen how **** you are!!
