ENTSA-E8-C2335

Back in 2023 I've received an email from ENTSA (Enterprise South Africa) stating that my company was pre selected to bid for a tender and take part in their ESD program. After completing their procurement documents they then requested that I pay an amount of R5000+ in order to complete my application so that my company can be one of the few selected to take part in their ESD program. This was their bid no ENTSA-E8-C2335: Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) Programme. Can someone please advise if this was a **** Or not. Does ENTSA exist or not, because their website is also down.
