UNFAIR PLACEMENTS AT CCI.

Hello to you all. I am an agent at CCI for approximately two years now and I should be getting comfortable or seen so to speak but that has not happened. I have been in one campaign and one department ever since I started but last week a new agent with no experience on that department has taken my place and I have been pushed out. My superiors want me to help out a different departments that I am not fami**** with and will not be able to handle.When I enquired, it was said I would be given the help I need. My argument on this is, how can you take out an experienced agent out of a department that the agent performance well in and put an inexperienced agent that is going to make the company lose money. I was asked to help but when I refused my job was threatened. If I don't do this job, I will get fired. IS THIS HOW CCI DOES BUSINESS??? I believe CCI was funded by Nelson Mandela and I strongly believe he would never allow this to happen. Given I am black and the new agents are Indians.
