Terrible service_Calitzdorp Spa

I made a booking with Calitzdorp Spa. First of all, it was very difficult to get hold of them because they don't answer their telephones. After a few attempts, I could make the booking. Closer to the booking time, I had to cancel unfortunately due to personal reasons. That was last December. Until now, I have sent several emails asking them for a refund or at least 50% of it, with no success. Terrible client service!!!!
