Very very very angry 😠. Unprofessional service.

I'm at Calistos Gold Reef City I got the worst service ever. 😒 The manager in charge is very rude 😒 her name is Kathy. 5 February 2023 I am very upset 😡 I first got a wrong drink order and the manager did not apologize or say anything. Now my main meal that I ordered had a fly sies nonsense. Bull**** I called for a manager and she didn't even apologize she just grabbed the plate and took it to the kitchen. And said she will bring a new plate my question is how will I know that this is a new order. This is unprofessional I had to ask them for a apology which was not sympathetic. I'm very upset she refused to give me a free meal even after the awful 😖 service that I got. I request this matter to be solved in a better way.
