Terrible service never will go back again

Recently been to Carlisto's in atlas road Benoni and the service I received was shocking was my first time there not knowing the doors opened at 12 noon. The lady in the front (could be the manager) started performing and embarrassed me in front of her staff and other people that were close to me. The staff laughed and were very playfully with their mobile phones. I felt humiliated and I will never go there again... You really gave me a bad impression learn professionalism as well as ethics there is a way to talk to customers and not be rude.
