terrible service after complaint lodged

<p>terrible service after complaining about calistos after logging my initial complaint about the poor service and unedible food we got from this restaurant. i then recieved an email stating i would get my next meals on the house. after emailing them yesterday i am told i would only get R150 in return. now either calistos doesnt understand what customer service is nor do they hold up to offering the customer what they say they would. after sending my take away order through to milan he advised me the order is too big. that is what we initially bought. nevertheless i told him we do not accept his R150 as that does not in any way compensate us for the time effort and most importantly appauling service and food we had already had. we did not complain to get something out of it but did so in an effort that they buck up seems like they arent a place one should be visiting as their leaders are as neglegant as their employees. their food speaks volumes about the poor management and staff. all goes together i guess from people to food.</p>
